Hi, I’m Stefanie.

I am so glad you’re here.

Whether we met at a retreat, a workshop or this is the first time we are connecting, welcome to my little home on the internet.

Who am I?

Well, I will be asking that until the day I die. For now, I understand myself to be endlessly curious- a lover of connecting dots, paradox, expansion and new perspectives. I am addicted to seeing how everything we love and long for, experience and dream about is all related.

I love working with people who are in seasons of discovery and transition. People who want rest, but rest feels foreign. People who are feeling a bit stuck or are asking, is there more? People wondering where they belong and if their insides and outsides will ever match. People who want expansion and growth within their framework of faith.

I love working with overachievers, type A folks, and people that are highly driven, but you don’t have to be. I work with men and women that are seeking wholeness and want to integrate, deepen, and explore the mind-body-spirit connection and take action from that intersection.

I also love questions that don’t have easy answers, holding space with people in seasons of grief and loss, people curious about their spiritual life, and leaders looking to create sustainable rhythms of life as their influence and demands shift.

My biggest hope for you is that you will find a life that feels like home and experience deep peace living within it. A home with nothing to hide. Where you can live with all the doors and windows open without running up the basement stairs out of fear, stuffing feelings in the closet or burying the smallest of dreams in the backyard. A beautiful life you love. One full of both/ands, so thats, not yets, try agains and absolutelys…full of deep knowings and rich curiosities, with shelves full of items and stories you’ve collected from your exploration, and a few open spaces for what’s to come.

If you are looking for 3 easy steps or a quick fix formula to a better life, I’m probably not your gal. To be honest, I’m not quite sure that creates sustainable change. But if you are looking for a safe place to get curious, be honest, experience transformation, have hard conversations and make lasting change, I would be honored to join you on your deepening journey towards wholeness.

LIFE EXPERIENCE

When choosing someone that you want to work with, training and certifications are important, but to me, life experience and personality is too. I call it, street cred.

When my older two children (Jayden and Brooklyn) were diagnosed with a rare, terminal genetic disorder, a lot of well-meaning people gave me books to read and tried to find helpful words when there were none.

I found myself searching and craving voices that would call back from the dark. People who were well acquainted with suffering and were able to make something beautiful in its midst. I wanted to hear from mothers who buried children and lived to tell about it. Mothers who were not scared of their own tears or laughter. People who had an ongoing process of integrating the whole of their experience into a life of meaning.

When it came to making sense of my healing and suffering, it was those who left bread crumbs from their own experience that gave me a framework for my own. It’s one of the deepest reasons why I do this work and it’s an important lens that shapes my perspective. My journey with my grief is a significant part of me, but not all of me.

We continue as a family to move forward with Jayden and Brooklyn. We believe love continues and multiplies, so if you have met us, you have met them in some small way.

Honored to be on the journey with you.
