As the year closes and days shorten, we’ll explore how to balance the season’s busyness with winter’s invitation to slow down. Reflect on nature’s dormancy and how it can guide your life.
2. Finding Stillness in the Chaos
Amid celebrations and demands, we’ll focus on carving out moments of rest. Learn to emotionally and spiritually hibernate, allowing yourself to recharge during this busy time.
3. Darkness and Light: Navigating the Long Nights
As winter deepens, we’ll discuss how to navigate life’s darker periods. Discover the wisdom of darkness and learn to find light by trusting the process.
4. The Barren Land: Trusting the Process
January’s fresh start can feel barren. We’ll focus on the value of dormant periods, trusting that beneath the surface, growth is happening in its own time.
5. Renewal in the Quiet (February)
February brings a slower pace. We’ll reflect on how this quiet time mirrors our need for rest before growth and renewal, just as nature does.

As fall approaches, nature teaches us the importance of both gathering what we've grown and releasing what no longer serves us. In this 3-month group coaching series, we’ll explore the themes of harvest, reflection, and letting go. It’s time to fully enjoy the results of your hard work. We’ll explore how to savor the rewards of your efforts, whether personal, professional, or spiritual, and embrace a mindset of gratitude.
3. Letting Go of What No Longer Serves You
Just as the trees shed their leaves, we too must release what’s no longer needed. This session focuses on identifying habits, beliefs, or commitments that are holding you back and learning to let go with intention.
4. The Balance of Change
Fall is a time of transition. In this session, we’ll explore how to gracefully navigate changes in your life while staying grounded in your purpose and values.
5. Preparing for Rest
